Hey, Lady. Tried to find an email address at Coherent for you and just found the company form; now I see there is not really a way to email you here either. So, I'll share the thought from this afternoon; no need to bother you all the time!

My designer suggested what you said right away; launch SMB Collective (the new name) or SMBChat Collective (could be the new name) as a blog and host it elsewhere on its own.

I registered both names today and I can launch this blog as a collective group of posters (maybe you're on 1/month; Jon and Jenn and others on 1-2/month, etc. and I drive the rest).

Continuing to think this strategy through, and it feels right and easier esp. with a name/branding.

What is your thought? I can probably launch WP on Go Daddy; or if you have any other ideas. I have a vision for this becomign bigger than a blog; a virtual company of experts for SMBs to network and ask for help on various things. .. we shall see.

Later! Sorry to bother you so much; I do want to learn about your business more, please.

I am an equally passionate Social Media Enthusiast who appreciates your insider knowledge as well as the humanizing of it.

And I am local in the Bellevue area. Perhaps we can collaborate.

And I have a question for you: what about benchmarking one's social media efforts?

Made the acquaintance of Urs E Gattiker of http://commetrics.com last week via a blog I commented on and he commented on my comment...and the dialogue quickly went offline thanks to Google Talk.

His thinking is innovative where blogs in particular are concerned.

Our dialogues around the technology that continues to evolve practically daily are fascinating. I would say you might want to also be in communication with him through LinkedIn or better still Xing.com

You'd be a good alliance partner for him!

Hope we are connecting soon.

Regards,
Deborah
